EasyOrders
EasyOrders is an e-commerce platform popular with online stores in Egypt. Connecting EasyOrders to Resool shows each contact's EasyOrders orders with their status and items next to the conversation, and lets workflows start when an order is placed or changes status, for example to confirm cash-on-delivery orders on WhatsApp and then update the order's status in EasyOrders.
What you can do with EasyOrders
In the Inbox and on the contact page
- Customer details: a summary built from the contact's orders, such as total spent and number of orders.

How to use EasyOrders in Workflows
Start a workflow on an EasyOrders event
- In Workflows, click the trigger, choose the E-commerce group and pick the Event.
- Set Store to EasyOrders (or Any connected store).
- For Order Status Changed, optionally pick Statuses.
EasyOrders statuses map to Resool like this:
| EasyOrders status | Resool status |
|---|---|
| Pending, Pending payment | Pending |
| Confirmed, Processing, Waiting for pickup | Processing |
| Paid | Paid |
| In delivery | Shipped |
| Delivered | Delivered |
| Canceled, Payment failed | Cancelled |
| Refunded, Refund in progress | Refunded |
A change to Paid also starts Order Paid, a change to In delivery or Delivered also starts Order Fulfilled / Shipped, and so on. The workflow runs for the contact with the customer's phone or email, and creates a contact when there is none.
Update EasyOrders from a workflow
Add a step from the Stores group and set Store to EasyOrders:
- Update order status: sets EasyOrders' matching status. Confirmed sets Confirmed, Processing sets Processing, Shipped sets In delivery, Delivered and Completed set Delivered, and Cancelled sets Canceled.
- Add order tag or note: EasyOrders adds a private note to the order. Tags are kept as notes.
In the Order field, {{order.id}} is the order that started the workflow. Leave it empty to use the contact's latest EasyOrders order.

FAQ and troubleshooting
Why is the orders panel empty for an older customer?
The panel lists orders received after you connected EasyOrders. New orders and status changes from now on appear automatically.
Can a workflow create customers in EasyOrders?
No. The Create or update customer step isn't available for EasyOrders.
Why didn't my workflow start when an order was edited?
EasyOrders sends new orders and status changes only, so Order Updated, Customer Created and Customer Updated don't start for EasyOrders. Use Order Status Changed instead.
Why don't I see a contact's orders?
What you can do:
- Check that the contact's phone number matches the one on the order, with the country code (for example +20).
- Add the customer's email if they entered one at checkout.
