Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?

Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of the Growth plan. When it ends, choose a plan to keep working; if you don't, your workspace becomes read-only and your data stays safe.

What is a seat?

A seat is an active member of your workspace. You can add or remove members anytime and your next invoice updates automatically.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings › Plan & billing at any time; the difference for the rest of the period is prorated.

Are WhatsApp fees included?

Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages, such as broadcast templates. Resool bills those at Meta's price plus 10% and shows an estimated cost before you send.

What happens if I cancel?

Everything keeps working until the end of your paid period. After that the workspace becomes read-only, and you can still view and export your data.
