Logistics, courier and delivery

Fewer "Where is my parcel?" messages, more first-time deliveries

Recipients want to know when the parcel arrives, couriers need the right address, and merchants want answers about their shipments. Resool sends the updates automatically, collects the details before the courier leaves, and gives your team one inbox for recipients, couriers and business clients.

Proactive delivery updates

Approved WhatsApp templates go out when your system reports a status change.

Details before dispatch

Ask recipients to confirm an address or pick a delivery slot with buttons, and save the answer.

Claims with deadlines

Damaged or missing parcels become tickets with priorities and SLA targets.

B2B shippers organized

Keep merchants as companies with their people, conversations, deals and invoices.

Delivery notifications

Tell recipients before they ask

Your dispatch or tracking system calls a workflow's Incoming Webhook URL with the recipient's phone, and the workflow sends an approved WhatsApp template: out for delivery, delayed, or delivered. Merchants who connect their store, such as Shopify, Salla or EasyOrders, can send shipped and delivered updates straight from order events, with the tracking link as a variable.

  • Incoming Webhook trigger for your own tracking events
  • Store triggers for shipped, delivered, cancelled and refunded orders
  • HTTP request step to write the recipient's answer back to your system

First-time delivery

Confirm the address and the slot before the courier leaves

Send a template with buttons such as Confirm, Reschedule or Leave with neighbour, turn on Wait for the reply and branch on the button the recipient taps. Ask a follow-up question to collect a new time or landmark and save it to a custom field, then assign the conversation to the dispatch team or add a row to a Google Sheet your operations team already uses.

  • Template buttons with a branch for each answer
  • Ask a question saves answers to contact fields
  • Google Sheets, Slack and task-app steps for your operations team

Claims and exceptions

Resolve damaged and missing parcels on time

Create a ticket from the conversation with a type, a priority and an owner, or let customers open one through your support form or by email. SLA policies set first-response and resolution targets for each priority and alert the team before they're missed. Recipients and couriers can also call your WhatsApp number, and every call is logged with the conversation.

  • Tickets linked to the conversation, with reference numbers
  • SLA timers and alerts per priority
  • WhatsApp calls answered from the browser and logged in the chat

Business clients

Give every shipper a single point of contact

Keep each merchant or corporate client as a company with the people who work there, their conversations and shared files. Track new contracts as deals in a sales pipeline, and send invoices from QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo or Wafeq as a PDF in the chat. Spaces help your team run onboarding or rate-change requests as tracked work.

  • Companies with linked people, roles and conversations
  • Deals for new accounts and contract renewals
  • Invoices and balance due next to the conversation

Frequently asked questions

Can our own tracking system trigger WhatsApp messages?
Yes. Each workflow with the Incoming Webhook trigger gets its own URL. Your system sends the contact's phone, email or contact ID, and the workflow runs for that contact, who must already exist in Resool.
Can we reach recipients who have never messaged us?
Yes, with an approved WhatsApp message template. Regular messages only reach customers inside WhatsApp's 24-hour window.
Can couriers use Resool on the road?
Yes. The Resool app for iPhone and Android lets teammates reply, work on tickets and get push notifications.
Can we connect to Resool from our own software?
Yes. Workflows have an HTTP request step and an Incoming Webhook trigger, and the Scale plan adds the API, webhooks, Zapier, Make and n8n.
