Spaces

Run every project where your customer work already happens

Spaces give each team its own place to track work, from hiring and content to client requests and projects, with its own fields, statuses and views. Your team plans, assigns and follows up without switching to a separate project tool.

Shaped to your work

Your own statuses, up to 40 custom fields and a name for each record, such as Task, Candidate or Order.

Eight ways to see it

List, Table, Board, Calendar, Timeline, Workload, Dashboard and Sprints for the same items.

Routine steps on autopilot

Assign, set fields, set due dates, notify and comment automatically when items change.

The right people only

Open a space to everyone, or keep it private to the people and teams you choose.

Build your space

A workspace that fits the way each team works

Create a space for any kind of work, rename what an item is called and add the statuses and fields it needs: text, money, dates, dropdowns, people, linked contacts and companies, relationships between items, rollups and formulas. Short on time? Describe the work and AI suggests lists, statuses and fields.

  • More than 25 field types, including Contact, Company, Rollup and Formula
  • Statuses grouped into Not started, Active, Done and Closed
  • Folders and lists to split a space by region, quarter or client

Views

Plan on a board, a calendar or a timeline

Drag cards between statuses on the Board and set WIP limits to keep work flowing. Schedule on the Calendar, plan with dependencies and milestones on the Timeline, check who has too much on in Workload, and run time-boxed Sprints with points and a burndown. Save filtered views for yourself or share them with the space.

  • Board with WIP limits, Calendar and Timeline with dependencies
  • Workload view with capacity per person
  • Sprints with backlog, points and a Burndown chart

Items

Everything about a task in one place

Each item holds its status, assignees, priority, start and due dates, description, checklist, files, sub-items and dependencies. Track time with a timer, set items to repeat, @mention teammates in comments and see every change in the activity thread. Save common items as templates and import up to 2,000 rows from a spreadsheet.

  • Sub-items, checklists, dependencies and recurring items
  • Time tracking with a timer or manual entries
  • CSV or Excel import, CSV export and bulk edits

Automations and My Work

Less chasing, clearer days

Space automations handle the routine: when an item is created, changes status or a field changes, they can change the status, assign someone, set a field or due date, notify the team or add a comment. Every person then opens My Work to see their items from every space, sorted into overdue, today and next, with their reminders alongside.

  • When, Only if, Then rules with up to 10 actions
  • My Work: your items from every space by due date
  • Reminders for yourself or a teammate
