Lead qualification

Spend your sales time only on leads ready to buy

Resool asks your qualifying questions in the chat, saves every answer to the contact and moves each lead to the right stage. Your salespeople get warm, well-documented conversations instead of a queue of cold hellos.

AI-led discovery

An AI agent asks natural follow-up questions and saves budget, city or company to contact fields.

Structured question flows

Workflows ask questions with buttons, branch on the answers and act on each path.

Clear lead stages

Lifecycle stages show who is new, hot or ready to pay, each with its own inbox.

Fast hand-off to sales

Qualified leads go to the right team or teammate, with every answer already in the profile.

AI agents

Let AI ask the questions your best rep would

Start from the Sales Agent template, add the Lead qualification prompt block and tell the agent what a good lead looks like. With skills it saves the customer's answers to contact fields, tags the lead, moves it through your lifecycle stages and assigns it to sales when it qualifies, in Arabic or English.

  • Limit which stages, tags and fields the agent may change
  • Test the agent and see Would run: before a skill fires
  • Review every reply and hand-off in the Replies tab

Question flows

Build a qualifying questionnaire without code

In a workflow, the Ask a question step sends a question with up to 10 buttons, waits for the reply and saves it to a contact field. A Branch then follows the button tapped or conditions such as tag, lifecycle stage, language or working hours, and a No answer path catches leads who go quiet.

  • Save answers to name, email, phone or any custom field
  • Branch with up to 8 paths plus Else
  • Describe the flow in your own words and let AI build it

Lead stages

See at a glance where every lead stands

Define your own lifecycle stages, from New Lead to Customer, plus lost stages for leads who drop out. Every stage gets an inbox, the dashboard shows how many contacts each stage gained, and moving a lead can start a workflow or report a conversion to your ads.

  • Custom stages with emojis, descriptions and lost stages
  • Segments and filters by lifecycle stage
  • Lifecycle Updated trigger to follow up automatically

Routing

Send qualified leads straight to the right seller

Assign qualified leads to a sales team or a specific teammate from the AI skill or a workflow step. Each channel can share new conversations by round robin or to the least busy agent, and salespeople can turn a promising chat into a deal in your sales pipeline.

  • Round robin or least busy assignment per channel
  • Internal notes so the AI or teammates brief the seller
  • Add qualified leads to Google Sheets or your own system from a workflow

Frequently asked questions

Should I use an AI agent or a workflow to qualify leads?
Use a workflow when you want a fixed set of questions with buttons. Use an AI agent when customers write freely and you want natural follow-up questions. You can combine them: a workflow can hand the conversation to the AI agent with the AI agent step.
Where are the answers saved?
In the contact's fields: name, email, phone or any custom field you create. Workflows can also save an answer as an internal note, and the AI agent can leave internal comments for your team.
Can the AI agent qualify leads in Arabic?
Yes. AI agents reply in Arabic and English, in the customer's language, when you tick both languages.
Can I stop the AI from moving leads to the wrong stage?
Yes. In the Update lifecycle stage skill, choose the stages the agent may use and make the rule specific about when each stage applies.
Which plan do I need?
Workflows are on every plan. AI agents and deals are included in the Growth and Scale plans.
