Healthcare, clinics and wellness

Make booking and following up with patients as easy as sending a message

Patients want to book, reschedule and ask quick questions on WhatsApp, not wait on hold. Resool brings those conversations into one inbox, shares booking links in a tap, collects forms before the visit and hands anything clinical straight to your team.

Intake before the visit

Send forms with dates, files and signatures, saved to the patient's profile.

Routine questions handled

AI agents answer hours, locations and services, and hand off sensitive topics to your team.

Data access under control

Choose which roles see phone numbers and emails, and export or erase data on request.

Appointments

From "Do you have a slot tomorrow?" to a confirmed booking

Your team inserts a booking link from Acuity Scheduling, Cal.com or Calendly straight into the reply. New, rescheduled and cancelled appointments appear on the patient's profile as they happen, with a live countdown to the next one, and the mobile app reminds staff before appointments start. Before the visit, send an approved WhatsApp template with Confirm and Reschedule buttons from the inbox or a workflow, and route the answer to the front desk.

  • Booking links from the composer for each appointment type
  • Upcoming and past appointments on every patient
  • Reminder templates with button replies and a branch for each

Intake and paperwork

Collect what you need before the patient arrives

Build an intake or consent form with short text, dates, checkboxes, file uploads for reports or referrals, and a signature field. Translate it into the patient's language, brand it with your logo and send a personal link from the conversation, so every answer is saved to that patient. Results and the latest responses appear in Reports.

  • 17 question types including file upload and signature
  • Forms in up to 40 languages, switchable on the page
  • Personal links that tie each answer to the patient

AI with a safety net

Let AI handle the routine and your team handle the care

An AI agent answers from your knowledge base: opening hours, branches, services, preparation instructions and how to book. You set the hand-off rules: a confidence level, a maximum number of replies, phrases that call for a person and sensitive topics that always go to your team, with the hand-off message written in Arabic and English. Test it in the Test panel before it goes live.

  • Answers from the articles, pages and files you approve
  • Sensitive topics and hand-off phrases routed to people
  • Internal comments so staff see what the AI already covered

Privacy and follow-up

Respect patient data and keep patients coming back

Hide full phone numbers and emails from roles that don't need them, export everything stored about a patient when they ask, or erase it completely, and keep track of WhatsApp marketing consent. Custom roles, two-factor authentication and the audit log show who changed what. After a visit, a satisfaction survey or a short form asks how it went.

  • Custom roles with masked contact details
  • Data export and erasure per contact
  • Satisfaction surveys with results per agent and channel

Frequently asked questions

Can the AI agent give medical advice?
You decide what the AI agent knows and when it hands off. Add only the information you want it to share, and list the topics that must always go to your team as sensitive topics.
Which booking tools work with Resool?
Acuity Scheduling, Cal.com and Calendly, plus Google Calendar to see meetings with each contact. Each one shows appointments next to the conversation, and the scheduling tools let agents share booking links from the composer.
Can we limit who sees patients' phone numbers?
Yes. Turn off the permission to see contact emails and phone numbers for a role, and members with that role see them partly hidden.
Can several clinics or branches share one workspace?
Yes. Connect each branch's number as its own channel and route conversations to each branch's team.
