Acuity Scheduling + Resool integration

The Share booking link list is shared by all scheduling apps. For Acuity, the items in it are your appointment types.

Connect Acuity Scheduling to Resool to see each contact's appointments in the inbox, share appointment booking links in replies and get live updates.

What you can do with Acuity Scheduling and Resool

Share booking link from the composer: search your appointment types and insert a booking link into your reply.
See the contact's appointments, matched by email address or phone number: upcoming appointments with a live countdown, previous ones with their outcome, plus status and details.
Copy link or Join when an appointment has a video link, and Open in Acuity Scheduling to manage it.

The Apps card shows an Acuity Scheduling row with a summary such as "1 upcoming meeting". Click it for the full list.

Resool adds webhooks to your Acuity account, so new, rescheduled and canceled appointments show up in Resool as they happen.
Get a message in Slack when an appointment is booked, rescheduled or canceled. See Slack.
If you use the Resool mobile app, you get reminders before appointments start.

Go to Settings › Apps in Resool, click Connect on Acuity Scheduling and follow the steps. No code needed.

Why does the composer say "event types" for Acuity?

The Share booking link list is shared by all scheduling apps. For Acuity, the items in it are your appointment types.

The panel says the connection expired. What do I do?

Go to `Settings > Apps`, disconnect Acuity Scheduling and connect it again.

Can I use Acuity Scheduling with Google Calendar?

Yes. Each connected app has its own panel in the Inbox sidebar and its own row on the contact page.
