Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Agreement
By creating an account or using Resool (resool.io) you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
The service
Resool is a shared inbox and customer-communication platform. You connect your own channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email, website chat) and are responsible for having the rights, consents and approvals those channels require, including Meta's Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business and Commerce Policies and each channel's messaging rules.
Acceptable use
No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive content, unlawful content or harassment. Send marketing messages only to people who opted in. We may suspend workspaces that put the platform, its customers or our channel providers at risk.
Your data
You own the content and contacts you bring to Resool. You give us the permission needed to host and process them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawful collection and use of your contacts' data.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Usage limits (such as AI usage) follow the plan.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Third-party channels (such as Meta) may change or interrupt their services outside our control.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your workspace. We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes.
