Open the recorder, choose what to capture and the quality up to 4K, pick a microphone and a camera bubble, and start. Pause and resume as you go; the video uploads while you record. Afterwards, trim the start and end or cut out a part in the middle, with the original always kept so you can undo later. Prefer an existing clip? Upload a video instead.

A personal video, right in the conversation

In the composer, click Insert a recording, pick a recent one or record a new one on the spot. Resool adds the title and a personal link to your reply. When the customer opens it, the view is linked to their contact, so you know they watched before you follow up.

Share and track

Secure links with feedback built in

Decide who can watch inside the workspace, and whether anyone with the link can watch outside it. Add a password, make the link expire, allow viewers to comment at a moment in the video and get notified when someone watches. Links can use your own domain, and the viewer page switches between English and Arabic.
