My Work

Resool Team · · 3 min read

My Work is your personal to-do page in Resool. It collects every item assigned to you across all spaces, sorts them by when they're due, and lists your reminders next to them. Use it each morning to see what's late, what's due today and what's coming, and tick items off without opening each space.

Before you begin

  • My Work is part of Spaces, which is included in the Growth and Scale plans.
  • You need the See spaces permission. Only items in spaces you can see appear.

How to open My Work

In the left rail, open Spaces and click My Work.

What you see

Assigned to me

Your items are grouped by due date:

GroupWhat's in it
OverdueOpen items whose due date has passed. Their dates show in red.
TodayOpen items due today, with the time if one is set.
NextOpen items due later.
UnscheduledOpen items with no due date.
Done this weekItems you finished recently. This group starts folded.

Each row shows the item's status color, name, priority and space. The count next to the heading shows how many items are open.

Reminders

Your reminders are listed on the same page, including ones a teammate set for you (marked "from" their name). Finished reminders move under Done.

How to work through your list

  • Complete an item: click the circle at the start of the row. The item moves to its space's done status and shows Done.
  • Open an item: click its name to open it in its space, where you can comment, change dates or log time.
  • Fold a group: click the group heading to hide or show it.

FAQ and troubleshooting

An item assigned to me isn't on My Work.

What you can do:

  • Check that you're still an assignee on the item.
  • Check that you can see the space. If it's private, ask its project manager to add you.
  • If the item is finished, look under Done this week.

Why can't I tick an item done?

The circle completes an item by moving it to a done status. If the space has no status in the Done or Closed group, ask someone who manages the space to add one. See Fields and Statuses.

Can I see a teammate's My Work?

No. My Work only shows your own items and reminders. To see a teammate's load, use the Workload view in a space or filter a view by assignee. See Space Views.

How do I get notified about due dates?

Due-date reminders and automation notifications for spaces go to the bell. Choose how you're alerted in Notification settings.
