Discord
Discord is a chat app for communities and teams, organized in servers and channels. Connecting Discord to Resool adds the Resool.io bot to your server, which posts a message in the channel you choose when a conversation starts, is assigned or closed, or when a deal is created or won. You can also post messages to Discord from workflows, so your team hears about important events where they already talk.
What you can do with Discord
Notifications in a Discord channel

| A conversation is assigned | Sent when a teammate assigns it to anyone. |
| A conversation is closed | A link to the conversation. |
| A new deal is created | The deal's name and value. |
| A deal is won | The deal's name and value. |

- Pick another channel the bot can post in.
The error says the channel isn't in the connected Discord server.
The channel was deleted or the bot lost access to it. Choose a channel again in Manage, or click Refresh channels.
