Zoom
Zoom is a video meeting app. Connecting Zoom to Resool lets agents create a Zoom meeting in a couple of clicks while chatting with a customer, with the join link dropped straight into the reply. You can also see the upcoming meetings you created for each contact and schedule Zoom meetings automatically from workflows, for example right after a lead asks for a demo.

FAQ and troubleshooting
Why doesn't the Zoom panel show a meeting I scheduled in Zoom?
The panel lists meetings created from Resool for that contact. Meetings you scheduled directly in Zoom aren't linked to a contact. If the meeting is on your Google Calendar with the contact invited, it appears in the Google Calendar panel.
The panel says "Zoom refused the connection". What do I do?
Go to Settings › Apps, disconnect Zoom and connect it again.
Whose Zoom account hosts the meetings?
The Zoom account that was connected in Settings › Apps. Every teammate's meetings are created on that account.
Can the customer join without a Zoom account?
That depends on your Zoom account's meeting settings. Resool sends the standard join link created by Zoom.
