monday.com
monday.com is a work-management platform built around boards, groups and items. Connecting monday.com to Resool lets your team create an item on a board from any conversation, with the request details, the contact and a link to the chat posted as the item's first update. The contact's panel shows which group each item is in, and workflows can create items with column values filled from contact data.
