Trello
Trello is a visual board app where work moves across lists as cards. Connecting Trello to Resool lets your team turn a conversation into a Trello card on the board and list you choose, with labels, a due date and a link back to the chat. The contact's panel then shows which list each card is in, so agents can tell a customer where their request stands. Workflows can create cards automatically.
What you can do with Trello
In the Inbox
- Create card on a board's list, with labels, a description and a due date.
- See the Trello cards created for the contact and the list each one is in, and open them with View in Trello.
On the contact page
- The Connected apps list shows how many Trello cards the contact has.
In Workflows
- The Create Trello card step creates a card on a board's list with labels and a due date.
Every card Resool creates includes the contact's name, email and phone and a link to the conversation.
Before you begin
- You need a Trello account that is a member of the boards you want to use.
- In Resool, only workspace Owners and Admins can connect apps and change their settings.
- Creating cards from the inbox needs a role that can manage contacts (Owner, Admin, Manager and Agent can by default).

Does moving the card in Trello show up in Resool?
Yes. The panel shows the list each card is currently in. Resool refreshes it when you open the panel.
A board doesn't appear in the picker. Why?
