Todoist
Todoist is a to-do list app for personal and team tasks. Connecting Todoist to Resool lets you add a follow-up from any conversation as a Todoist task, such as "Send the quote on Monday", with a due date and a link back to the chat. The contact's panel shows the tasks created for them and marks the ones you've completed. Workflows can add Todoist tasks automatically.
What you can do with Todoist
In the Inbox
- Create task in a Todoist project (or your Inbox), with a description and a due date.
- See the Todoist tasks created for the contact, with completed ones checked off, and open them with View in Todoist.
On the contact page
- The Connected apps list shows how many Todoist tasks the contact has and how many are still open.
In Workflows
- The Create Todoist task step adds a task to a project with a description and a due date relative to when the step runs.
Every task includes the contact's name, email and phone and a link to the conversation.
Before you begin
- You need a Todoist account. Tasks are created in the projects of the account that connects.
- In Resool, only workspace Owners and Admins can connect apps and change their settings.
- Creating tasks from the inbox needs a role that can manage contacts (Owner, Admin, Manager and Agent can by default).
