Joining a Workspace from an Invitation
When a workspace Owner or Admin invites you to Resool, you get an email with a link to join their workspace. Accepting the invitation adds you to that workspace with the role and teams they picked for you, so you can start replying to conversations straight away. You can join with a new Resool account or with the account you already have, as long as it uses the email address the invitation was sent to.
Before you begin
- Find the invitation email from Resool. It's sent to the address your workspace admin entered.
- Invitations are valid for 7 days and can be used once.
How to accept an invitation
- Open the invitation email and click the link. You see Join followed by the workspace name, who invited you, and the email the invitation is for.
- Continue depending on whether you're signed in:
If you don't have a Resool account yet
- Under Create your account to join., fill in First name, Last name, Phone number and Password. The work email is already filled in with the invited address.
- Click Create account.
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email on Confirm your email and click Confirm and continue.
- Back on the invitation, click Accept and join.

Notes and limitations
- You must accept with the exact email address the invitation was sent to.
- An invitation link expires after 7 days and stops working once it's used.
- Joining a workspace uses one seat on that workspace's plan.
- What you can see and do depends on the role you were given. See Roles and permissions.
