Cal.com is an open scheduling platform for booking meetings and appointments from a link. Connecting Cal.com to Resool lets agents share booking links in a reply and see each contact's Cal.com bookings, upcoming and past, beside the conversation. Teams use it to move a chat to a demo, consultation or appointment without switching apps.

What you can do with Cal.com

In the Inbox

  • Share booking link from the composer: search your Cal.com event types and insert a link into your reply.
  • See the contact's Cal.com bookings, matched by email address or phone number: upcoming bookings with a live countdown, previous ones with their outcome, status, attendees and video link.
  • Join a meeting, Copy link, or Open in Cal.com.

On the contact page

  • The Apps card shows a Cal.com row with a summary such as "2 upcoming meetings". Click it for the full list.

Notifications

  • Get a message in Slack when a Cal.com booking is made, rescheduled or canceled. See Slack.
  • If you use the Resool mobile app, you get reminders before booked meetings start.

Resool receives booking, rescheduling and cancellation updates from Cal.com as they happen, so the list stays current.

Before you begin

  • You need a Cal.com account with at least one event type.
  • In Resool, only workspace Owners and Admins can connect apps.
  • Bookings are matched by the contact's email address or phone number, so the contact needs at least one of them in Resool, the same as the attendee used when booking.
