Smartsheet + Resool integration

Connect Smartsheet to Resool to add contacts as rows to a sheet in one click from the inbox, and add rows with mapped columns from workflows.

What you can do with Smartsheet and Resool

In the Inbox

  • Add to Smartsheet: add the contact's name, email and phone as a new row in the sheet you chose.
  • See the rows added for the contact and open them with View in Smartsheet.

On the contact page

  • The Connected apps list shows how many rows were added for the contact.

In Workflows

  • The Add Smartsheet row step adds a row at the bottom of a sheet with the columns you map. Values can include variables such as `{{contact.email}}`.

Connect Smartsheet in minutes

Go to Settings › Apps in Resool, click Connect on Smartsheet and follow the steps. No code needed.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see the Add to Smartsheet button?
The button appears only after a sheet and at least one of the name, email or phone columns are set in Smartsheet settings. Agents also need a role that can manage contacts.
Does Resool update a row if the contact is already in the sheet?
No. Smartsheet rows are only added, never updated or deleted. If you need to update existing records, consider Airtable or Google Sheets, which can update matching rows.
Can a workflow write to a different sheet than the inbox?
Yes. Each Add Smartsheet row step can pick its own sheet.
Which plans include Smartsheet?
Apps are included on every plan. See Plans and billing.
