Todoist + Resool integration
Connect Todoist to Resool to add follow-ups from conversations and workflows as Todoist tasks with a due date, and see on the contact when they're completed.
What you can do with Todoist and Resool
In the Inbox
- Create task in a Todoist project (or your Inbox), with a description and a due date.
- See the Todoist tasks created for the contact, with completed ones checked off, and open them with View in Todoist.
On the contact page
- The Connected apps list shows how many Todoist tasks the contact has and how many are still open.
In Workflows
- The Create Todoist task step adds a task to a project with a description and a due date relative to when the step runs.

Where do tasks go if I don't pick a project?
To the project set in Todoist settings. If none is set, to your Todoist Inbox.
Whose Todoist account receives the tasks?
The account that connected Todoist. If your team shares a Todoist project, pick that project so everyone sees the tasks.
How does Resool know a task is done?
Resool checks the task in Todoist when you open the panel. Completed tasks are checked off.
