GetResponse + Resool integration

Connect GetResponse to Resool to see which lists each contact is on, with tags, add contacts to a list from the inbox, and add or update them from workflows.

What you can do with GetResponse and Resool

In the Inbox and on the contact page

  • See the contact's lists in GetResponse, with tags.
  • Add to list: add the contact to the default list or one you pick. If they're already on it, the button becomes Update in list.
  • View in GetResponse: open the contact in GetResponse in a new tab.

In Workflows

  • Add / update email subscriber: a workflow step that adds the contact to a GetResponse list, or updates them there, with tags.

Connect GetResponse in minutes

Go to Settings › Apps in Resool, click Connect on GetResponse and follow the steps. No code needed.

Frequently asked questions

I added a contact but don't see them in GetResponse yet
GetResponse processes new contacts in the background, so a new contact can take a little while to appear. Open the panel again after a few minutes.
Why did my tag change?
GetResponse only accepts letters, digits and underscores in tag names, so other characters are replaced with underscores.
Why can't I click Add to list?
GetResponse always needs a list. Pick one in the panel, or set a Default list under Manage.
The panel says the connection expired
