Typeform + Resool integration
Connect Typeform to Resool to start a workflow whenever someone submits a form, find or create the contact from their answers, and use every answer in messages.
What you can do with Typeform and Resool
In Workflows
- Typeform Response Submitted trigger: starts a workflow when someone submits the form you pick.
- Find or create the contact: the contact is matched by the email or phone answered in the form, or created if there's no match.
- Use the answers: each question becomes a `{{typeform.…}}` variable for messages, contact fields, branches and app steps.

What you can do:
Can two workflows use the same form?
Each response starts one workflow. Use one published workflow per form and put all the steps for that form in it, using branches if you need different paths.
My questions are in Arabic. What are the variables called?
Variable names use Latin letters only. When a question title has none, Resool uses the question's reference from Typeform instead (or `answer`). The variable list under the trigger always shows the exact names.
Does Resool import past responses?
No. Only responses submitted after the trigger starts listening reach Resool.
Can I send the contact a WhatsApp message after they submit?
Yes. Add a Send a message or Send a WhatsApp template step. If the contact hasn't messaged you in the last 24 hours, WhatsApp requires an approved template.
