In Workflows
- SurveyMonkey Response Submitted trigger: starts a workflow when someone completes the survey you pick.
- Find or create the contact from the email or phone in the response.
- Use the answers: each question becomes a `{{surveymonkey.…}}` variable for messages, contact fields, branches and app steps.

Do partial responses start the workflow?
No. Only completed responses are sent to Resool.

What you can do:
Can two workflows use the same survey?
Each response starts one workflow. Use one published workflow per survey and branch inside it if you need different paths.
Can I pass extra data, like an order number, into the workflow?
Yes. Set up a custom variable in the survey in SurveyMonkey, then add it to the collector link (for example `?order=1234`). They arrive as `{{surveymonkey.custom_order}}`.
