- Import the contacts saved in your Google account into Resool. The first import starts right after you connect.
- Sync automatically every six hours, bringing in new and changed contacts.
- Import now whenever you want an immediate sync.

- See when the Last import ran and how many contacts were added, updated, or unchanged or skipped.

Will Google Contacts overwrite changes my team made in Resool?
No. A matched contact only gets the fields it's missing. Your edits in Resool stay.
If I delete a contact in Google, is it deleted in Resool?
No. Deleted Google contacts are skipped. Delete the contact in Resool if you need to.
The Last import says "Google refused the connection".
What you can do:
The Last import says "Google Contacts didn't answer".
Google didn't respond. Resool tries again on the next sync, or you can click Import now later.
Do I need to connect Google Contacts if Gmail is already connected?
Yes. Google Contacts uses a separate sign-in, so connect it on its own card.
