Google Tasks + Resool integration
Connect Google Tasks to Resool to create Google Tasks from conversations and workflows with a due date, and see on the contact when they're completed.
What you can do with Google Tasks and Resool
In the Inbox
- Create task in a Google Tasks list, with a description and a due date.
- See the Google Tasks created for the contact, with completed ones checked off, and open them with View in Google Tasks.
On the contact page
- The Connected apps list shows how many Google Tasks the contact has and how many are still open.
In Workflows
- The Create Google Task step creates a task with notes and a due date relative to when the step runs.

Read the setup guideFrequently asked questions
The panel says the Google Tasks connection expired.
This happens when your Google connection was made before Google Tasks was available, or when access was removed in Google.
Where do tasks go if I don't pick a task list?
To the list set in Google Tasks settings. If none is set, to My Tasks.
Whose Google Tasks receive the tasks?
The connected Google account's. If your team works from one account's lists, everyone sees the tasks there and in Resool.
Can I assign a Google Task to a teammate?
No. Google Tasks are personal to the Google account. For shared, assignable tasks, consider Asana or ClickUp.
