Connect Vimeo to Resool to search your Vimeo library from the composer and send a video link to a customer in one click, on any channel.
What you can do with Vimeo and Resool
In the Inbox
- Send a Vimeo video: open a picker of your Vimeo videos from the composer, with thumbnails, titles and durations.
- Search your videos by name to find the right one fast.
- Click a video to insert its link into your reply.

The picker says "Couldn't load your videos". What do I do?
What you can do:
Why can't I find a video?
The picker shows the videos of the connected Vimeo account. Videos in a teammate's own account aren't listed. Try another search term, or click Load more.
Does the customer need a Vimeo account to watch?
No, as long as the video's privacy settings in Vimeo allow people with the link to view it.
Does the video play inside the chat?
Resool sends the video's link. How it appears (as a link or a preview) depends on the customer's messaging app.
