Zoom + Resool integration
Connect Zoom to Resool to create Zoom meetings from a conversation, send the join link to the customer, see upcoming meetings and schedule meetings from workflows.
What you can do with Zoom and Resool
In the Inbox
- Create Zoom meeting from the composer: set the topic, start time and duration, and the join link is added to your reply.
- See the contact's Upcoming meetings that were created from Resool, with Join and Copy link buttons.
- Create meeting from the Zoom panel to get a new link copied to your clipboard.
On the contact page
- The Apps card shows a Zoom row with the contact's upcoming meetings.
In Workflows
- The Create Zoom meeting step schedules a meeting, and later steps can send its link with `{{zoom.join_url}}`.
Connect Zoom in minutes
Go to Settings › Apps in Resool, click Connect on Zoom and follow the steps. No code needed.
Read the setup guideFrequently asked questions
Why doesn't the Zoom panel show a meeting I scheduled in Zoom?
The panel lists meetings created from Resool for that contact. Meetings you scheduled directly in Zoom aren't linked to a contact. If the meeting is on your Google Calendar with the contact invited, it appears in the Google Calendar panel.
The panel says "Zoom refused the connection". What do I do?
Go to `Settings > Apps`, disconnect Zoom and connect it again.
Whose Zoom account hosts the meetings?
The Zoom account that was connected in `Settings > Apps`. Every teammate's meetings are created on that account.
Can the customer join without a Zoom account?
That depends on your Zoom account's meeting settings. Resool sends the standard join link created by Zoom.
